As a Guest Service Team Member, you'll help make every visit special by welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing delicious food, and serving our signature Steakburgers and freshly churned frozen custard.

No previous restaurant experience? No problem! We provide paid training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate the cash register and process payments.

• Answer questions about menu items and help guests make selections.

• Prepare and serve food and frozen custard according to Freddy's quality standards.

• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas.

• Work alongside fellow Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

• Help create a positive dining experience that keeps guests coming back!

What We're Looking For

We're looking for positive, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A reliable and dependable work ethic.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• A willingness to learn, accept direction, and work as part of a team.

• A positive attitude and the ability to stay productive during busy periods.

Previous experience in restaurants, retail, cashiering, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required!
