What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you'll play an important role in leading daily operations, supporting Team Members, and ensuring every guest receives the quality food and friendly service Freddy's is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support Team Members during daily restaurant shifts.

• Oversee shift operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent service.

• Train, coach, and develop employees to help build a strong, successful team.

• Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain Freddy's standards for hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.

• Ensure the restaurant remains clean, organized, and safe for guests and employees.

• Assist with restaurant equipment operation and maintenance.

• Communicate effectively with Team Members, guests, and restaurant management.

• Partner with restaurant leadership to meet operational goals and maintain high standards.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of restaurant supervisory or management experience.

• Previous experience in a fast-casual, quick-service, or high-volume restaurant is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and encourage others.

• Ability to accept coaching and feedback while continuously improving.

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.

• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards during busy shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks associated with restaurant operations.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members to maintain a safe working environment.
